RB Rb still wont start..

My rb20t still will not start. I turn the key and it only gives one click. (All electricals work in the car)
I have a brand new Braille Battery (11lbs, 904 pca's)
Could it be my starter solenoid??
Need advice.

I get this when the line to my starter gets disconnected from vibrations. Make sure the starter is connected.

Take the starter off and have it checked at autozone or wherever they do it. Make sure your power and ground wires are in good shape.

i concur, check power supply cable, make sure battery's fully charged. make sure you have enough grounds.

if your car was previously an automatic did you bypass the park/neutral switch?

make sure your slave cylinder bolts aren't too long and keeping your clutch from spinning, you can use a 27mm socket on the crank pully and spin the motor over by hand clockwise.

you should be able to swap in a KA starter solenoid if everything else checks good.

RB

I took off the starter, its good. The battery is good. when i put the starter back on. I connected the battery and the starter started to spin freely w/out engaging.
I knew i wired it backwards. So i disconnected the battery, re-wired the starter, and connected the battery. I turn the ignition and the starter makes a clicking sound but no crank.

Try hitting the side of the starter (hit the solenoid part) as you start it...

it seems like the starter has lived its life and is dead now , cant push anymore weight.

take your starter off , go to a shop that specializes in startes in your city and compare it with a Nissan Forklift starter ... i did that , perfect match, works perfect.vgive it a shot
