I read the article. The author is incorrect. That unit is the FCON V look at the faceplate, it says FCON V NOT FCon VPro. Look at the title of the link that you posted lol

You want me to verify this with Jon Kuroyama who was the manager of R&D at HKS USA before they closed? I have the VPro and he tuned it. If anyone knows, he would.

YOU need to learn wtf you are talking about before shooting off information which is incorrect.

It is essentially the same exact thing as the gold ecu I have both and they both do the same exact things. Everyone I know calls it the vpro including Aki Fuchigami, Naoto Negishi, Tadatoshi Waketa. The reason I checked out your thread is because I'm looking for another VPro. When I saw what you were selling I was like WTF? It's called the FCon V. End of story. How is clarifying incorrect info shitting on your thread? Where in this thread did I say anything bad about the FCon V? All I said is that it's not a VPro. There are a TON of differences between these 2 units. For one, the VPro has 32x32 bit maps and the V only has 24x16 bit maps.
