If you're logged in, you can only see the pinked/banned users section if banned, if you're pinked, you cannot see anything but chat, tech talk, suggestions/tech support and that same section...
Log out and you got like 5 clicks before it asks you to register.

This is correct, the section is setup to be the ONLY place a pinked user can start a thread, and they cannot see any threads that they did not start, this is only so they can seek clarification as to why they were pinked... Banned members cannot even do that much
