haha well at least you had more. I think all you need to really do it start excercising...fuck diet's. they don't work your heart out. get like an excercise bike. my father used to ride it for 30 min while watching tv in the garage. once a day. it helps dude. and he could eat whatever he wanted as long as he worked out.

Hmmmm, Yeah I am gonna start eating healthier and get rid of the sugars.

I will start with basic walks everyday and then move forward. I like that bike idea. I can watch drift videos or just hold a picture of JXN and try to catch it.

Im 282lb. The heaviest I have ever been and I know that affects my driving. I get tired real easy.

yeah I'm sure drift cars weren't made to support someone that heavy unless it's evenly distributed. but the bike thing was great for him. try it. get some massive clutch kicking legs! haha
