Reason being, Scott replied quickly when i asked him for shipping and payment info of my ecu, so I paid, then shipped the ecu.. then 3 days, 2 emails later, he has still not replied. He runs a lucrative online business and I'm supposed to believe he hasn't had time to check his main email? I'm guessing hes pretty busy, but at least a reply would be nice, $500 is a lot to spend.

Anyone else deal w/ this and/or know of a better way to contact them? (I dont want to get a romtune for the wrong thing. so I need to touch base (question concerning octane and turnaround time of ecu, etc))

he is usually pretty busy it took him a couple of days to get back to me but he always did. and i got my ecu back no problems. i think his site has a im name you could always try that. http://www.rs-enthalpy.com/

3 days is not that long of a time, but then again, shiets probably on its way back to you...
