S13 with rb20det temp gauge question
Ok so I wired the rb20 harness myself it starts up just fine, I was searching online to see how to get the stock water temp gauge in the rb20 to read out on the cluster. I know the s13 blue/black wire is for the water temp gauge but I'm seeing if anyone has it hooked up or should I just buy an after market gauge....thanks guys

I don't have much experience with RB motors but as far as a temp gauge goes there simple to install, either tap into your thermostat or get an adapter for the radiator hose. Buying an aftermarket one will give you a more defined read out too! Hope this helps!

sighhh.....
Just install a S13 Temp sensor where the RB one is and connect the wire.... The OEM sensor are garbage anyway you really need an aftermarket one

When i bought my car i was told it had a z32 temp sensor in it, sometimes it reads cold sometimes it read really hot (was told this was normal with the temp sensor) i'm just going to buy an aftermarket one to have a more accurate readout
