consult port
on the rx,tx, and clk wires do i need to splice into them, or can i just cut them and run em straight to the consult port, in other words do they have any other function besides for the consult?

yes you can run them directly to the consult port, but the wires should be in the dash plug. just continuity test the wires to pin location and solder them together
