Reccomendations for build - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I will be acquiring an 89 240sx in April and the stock Ka doesnt work anymore, so Ive read a bit and I believe it would be easiest to throw in an sr20det because I have the long term goal of getting the car up to 500 horsepower. Ive seen a couple guides on how to swap it so I believe I can get it done when the time comes. I just really would like to know some good places to get parts and what I can expect along the way. Any advice that can be given would be greatly appreciated or links to posts or videos of people who have already done the same. I just am really scared I will send a rod through my block because I forgot that one supporting mod. Thank you in advance
