easiest way i have done it in a s13 is to unbolt the stearing column.. 2 14mm or 17mm bolts IIRC, they go from the floor up to the cross bar. dropping the column gives you enough room to slide it out without having to "bend" it around the stearing wheel/column.

do you still use the factory needles? and where would you purchase those. I have read about people trying that and havig issues with wiring and blowing fuses.

I got the LED's from a GB at nissanpacific.com
Heres a link to the page: http://nissanpacific.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1833 They're a replacement, and the bulb number is 194. For the S13 you only need 3 I was surprised that the bulbs in the cluster are the exact same as the JDM turn signals. Heres a pic of mine. Its much brighter in person http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...k/DSC02007.jpg Stock vs. LED http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...k/DSC01999.jpg Outcome http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...k/DSC02003.jpg |

All you need to know about the LED gauge clusters:
http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.p...+gauge+cluster and http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.p...+gauge+cluster Lots of good information in those two threads. About getting that piece out, I too, agree that dropping down the steering column is probably the best way to get it out without breaking it. |

I got these ones in white. So far I like the result. I can post pics when I get my car back.
