I read all 4 lotr toms and silmarillion about 4 years ago. loved it. Part of that cuz i was a big fan of "Conan" (whoever heard of those books) and i had like 20 books stacked in my room. I havent' seen the movie or read the book,  The movie looks great, and so does the new one.  I hardly have time to read, besides all the bullshit books they make us read in school.

You must not have had to read The Chosen or The Crucible. Those are the most boring books ever. Oh yeah and I didn't much like The Grapes of Wrath. I thought the Great Gatsby was good compared to those... At least compared to the Chosen and the Crucible.

Grapes of Wrath is one of my favorite books. I really liked reading Orwell and Huxley at school, im suprised this governement lets us read  books of that kind in school, considering that they help you to start thinking for yourself.

Yeah the Crucible sucked.  I was  <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sleeping.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':zzzz:'> trough most of it.
