And at 60 mph to 65 the steering wheel vibrates frantically. i have had my rims checked to see if there bent i bought new tires, new sway arms, new end links, lower ball joints, inner and outer tire rods, and had the the car on a alignment rack a half a million times

Does ur car leak any fluids? I had a small oil leak wich made my car do what ur describing. It ended up being the oil from
the leak soaked my steering rack bushings to the point that they had disintergrated and it was just chunks of rubber. I upgraded to energy polyURethanes n havnt ha a problem since. Check out those bushings n hopefully that's ur problem!

Check the bearing see if its damaged, try regreasing it, and see where that takes you. If no i would check to see if its your rack or power steering pump, i know those can whine when turning if they are low on fluid or going out, so also check your ps fluid. But i dont think that would fix your vibration, i would get your chassis checked for straightness.

While a long shot, ahve you developed any power steering leaks?

Often times an improperly bled system can lead to that sort of issue.
