I am trying to make my goals realistic so I can have car done and in Branson at the end of may. I dont have a welder nor the power to support one so I am looking for someplace to aid converting to the v-mount, IC pipes ect.... The adapters and calipers will be up for sale in the next few months. Thanks. I should be tackling some underhood performance come spring. Stock power just isnt going to cut it anymore.

I also have a 86NA auto 2+2 that has been swapped for a low mile motor, 71c trans and has every bolt on suspension upgrade possible except rear poly in the control arms. I dont think I have any current pics, but its the back up summer whip when the shiro is being worked on. That was my 1st Z and first car I ever did anything too. Great learning experience. Thanks

i have a question... in your first post, in your suspension, it looks like there is a spacer of some sort in between the lower arm and the spindle (i think thats what it is called but im sorry if im wrong). i was wondering what the purpose of that is? to maintain geometry or help lower it more? sorry if its a stupid question i have never seen that before and depending on what it is hoping i can use it on my 280z...

Good question. You nailed it, to help maintain geometry.

Let me know if you need any suspension help. I have done a fair amount of research, work and have worked with my friends s30, so I am familiar with the system.

Thanks. Started up the car and pulled it out of the garage on sat. Probably the earliest I have gotten around to the car over the years.
Spent a good portion the start of the day installing the seat. Turned out to be a jigsaw puzzle with the seat rails I fabbed up to ensure it was mounted low enough in the car. Everything eventually got squared away and I am very pleased. Its great to have a seat with high bolsters. I will probably get at the harness during the week. I bought all the hardware and drilled all the holes, but just ran out of motivation. Ill dust off the camera and take some proper pictures once the interior is buttoned back together. Re-designed the short shifter/new shift boot, and some Ti hardware needs to go in yet. For now shitty cell phone pics will have to do
