s13 how do you know if you have a auto to manual conversion??
im looking into getting a lower transmission harness from phase 2 and they give you an option on the site whether you have a five speed or a auto to manual conversion..i bought my car with a s13 sr blacktop and i dont know if it was converted or not.

look on the black relay fuse box (firewall side IIRC) on the pass strut tower and see if you have 3 plugs. If you do then it was a Auto

Yes it does matter,

If the chassis was an Auto then get the Auto Harness and Vice Versa

Its asking about the chassis not the engine set.

but the second option is Auto To Manual Conversion
Meaning the it use to be an Auto but was then Converted to a 5 speed.

If your still unsure just call Enjuku Tomorrow to confirm

dude, call a nissan dealership give them your VIN number and they will tell you over the phone. did it with my cousins 95 S14.
