1996 full interior with a 275 lb. driver 225/50/16 Kuhmo victoracers. 20psi on pump gas. Heres from the timeslip, I will have it scanned sometime next week.
R/T... .919 I know, I was sleepin! 60'... 2.011 330'.. 5.486 1/8... 8.337 mph... 87.34 1000.. 10.784 1/4... 12.842 MPH... 111.11 My clutch is not holding up either, its an ACT street disc with a power rating of only 287 lb/ft of torque. I need a new one and some sticky tires, more boost I might hit low 12's. I saw a grand national go 11.99 at only 110, so I got the mph for 11's!! Heres my link for mods and pics. http://www.nissaninfiniticlub.com/me...es/jay/jay.htm

very nice. i think low 12's is very possible. sounds like that grand national was getting some good launches.

Not for sale anymore... I thought I was going to have to spend a ton of money on tuning when all along it just needed Jim Wolf's latest version of the 720cc injector program to run that much damn faster. I only had to pay the shipping for the new program, that helped too hehe.

Hey PSI,
Where did you get your IC piping stuff from? How big is it? What about your APEXi Multichecker? Do they still make those? I plan to do a similar setup as yours so I'll probably have more questions for you, thanks Jeff

Jay, you might want to try T.Y's setup with a bigger custom flywheel and clutch, or you can go with Dave's mroe cost effective solution (heavy duty truck clutch with a nissan harbody flywheel). I think also a 240z clutch fits on the 240sx but has more clamping force. That should help the clutch problems hehe. Just a suggestion (well you might already know.)..
Glad you are keeping the car. I'm sure you can get it to run 11's without too much effort. |

BlackFox- a guy named Mark that now works at a place called Titanmotorsports here in orlando made them for me out of U-bends, 2 1/4 before the I/C and 2 1/2 after it. Multichecker came with the car when I bough it, no they dont make them anymore. Mark was piloting a supra last night that went [email protected] on freaking drag radials!!! It's a new record haha, I'm happy for the guys at Titan, they worked hard on that thing.

Well, since Grant brought it up,
Jay , check it out . I am running a lightened Hardbody truck Flywheel dropped it to like 16lb's . Then you go out and get yourself a LUK Goldline heavy duty truck clutch . IT has 1,400 pounds of clamping force and 500 Lbs of holding torque. Best thing is it only costs $180 They Flywheel costs around $120 to lighten and balance, plus your not going to so light that you lose to much torque for your launchs. Dave

Either way, I don't know that I would call a factory tuner tour car as a US SR. It's not to say it's not an SR and that the time wasn't in the US... By that, I meant someone in the 240 community with an SR. |
