9 CEL codes!!!
So my car has been running a little weird for awhile now, but not bad enough for me to be concerned until this morning. I started it, it died and when I restarted it the CEL was on and it had trouble idling. I pulled the codes and this is what I got:
P0505 Idle Control System P0130 O2 sensor circuit P0325 Knock sensor P1441 evap emissions control P0443 evap canister purge P0135 o2 heater circuit P0446 emission control purge flow P1400 egr solenoid P1105 map sensor Wow! So where do I start? How much of this do I need to take care of to get rid of my CEL and pass smog?

Right now the car has new plugs, cap, rotor, upper o2 sensor, and fuel filter. Some of those codes have parts that I could replace, but should I throw more parts at it? Would a new knock sensor, iacv, and egr solve my problems?

I bet you have a vacuum leak somewhere accounting for some of those codes. And IIRC you need to solve all of those issues for the CEL to go out.
