ironically alot of them look down on zilvia because of the kids running around with drift missiles as daily drivers makes them stereotype that all 240 owners are like that. Consider this, I got tired of getting shit on my 240 when they became popular, be it worrying about theft, the now cocky attitudes of some people who take cars way too seriously, or just getting in trouble with the law etc, so got something that wasnt as popular, fc rx7 was cool for me. It may be a nice change of pace, driving more often without worrying about if some kid is gonna try to steal it or follow you home and plan to take it. Since its a lexus, alot less cock attention and more female play But, like others have said, a much smaller aftermarket and community may get borring at times, esp when you want to try something that isnt well documented or no one having done it before.

^^ lol thanks.
ya i do get a lotta attention in the s13, mostly cock, rarely female. right now i don't have many worries just not sure if i'm done with 240's yet, particularly the one i have now, which is pretty clean and cool i guess. maybe i'll drive the sc300 and fall in love, who knows. and ya jeez small aftermarket, coils are the same as far as prices go. i've been having trouble finding some front camber arms. what are some popular websites for parts? |

This.
I know, the scene is so much classier than the 240 scene. More luxo, more chicks, less tards who do burnouts in their dri...............wait.

2 years ago the SC drivers were like 4 drifters and a ton of make as much ower as possible and go fast in a staight line people.
Now there are less of those dudes and more 50% autocoutre and super exspensive wheels or your car is trash and 50% dumb assed kids buying salvage cars and crashing them into ditches trying to be D1 grandprix champion |

An OEM purist. Yeah, another car down the drain. They can always redo it though. It's never too late!

I think the toyota just got cocky with the last Gen. Here's what Wiki said regarding the car.

I want to get a first gen IS300 5spd instead of an SC (I have two kids) but I don't want to get let down and then be stuck with an overpriced turd. I've driven SC's and have loved them. I've driven IS's too but have not gotten the same feel. Neither was spirited driving or on the track. Does anyone know if IS's are easy to work on with reasonable maintenance cost's (for a D.I.Y'er)? |

HAHA RX7 Club is a bunch of guys who bought RX7's during their midlife crisis, and are trying to keep the value of them up so that they can sleep better at night. I laugh all day whenever I see RHD topics... Mmmmmmm BN aero |

The IS's are super easy to work on. Their like a larger honda civic lol. Lots of enigines swap into those little cars with OEM parts.
As For the SC430 I think they are the same damn thing as the SC300/400 just better in so many ways. Sure they are exspensive but so was the SC400 that car was a mid $50k car brand new with all the options. The SC430 has an amazing motor that sounds awesome and makes tons of power with just bolt ons. The interior on them is top notch if you have ever seen a black or drak green one with saddle leather. OMG. Their biggest down fall is their factory wheels are ugly as fuck and detract from the car and like the 92-96 SC300/400 they stock bodies are pretty ugly. The car has amazing body lines but in stock form its just so smooth and plain that people never see the potential. I definitely plan on swooping one as soon as price drops to around $20k |
