Im sorry but if i was your friend and you knew i was drunk and that shit happened and you tried to get insurance involved, I would kick your ass. Come on now why didnt you move it if you knew she was drunk?

If you have different insurance carriers, and there is damage to both cars, you do have to pay... I forgot.

Only the person at fault has to pay once liability is determined. Depending on your coverage, you can immediately go to your own insurance provider and take care of the problem and pay your deductible. Once the other person is determined to be at fault, their insurance company will reimburse your deductable and pay for the damages.
