Just take the last two numbers off the price in yen and you'll have the ball-park amount in USD. For example:

13,000 Yen = $130

Based on today's rate it is actually $126, but it's a quick way to get close.

How do you usually have large parts shipped to Hawaii? I checked FedEx and the rate was insane. The box would be too big for USPS.

Usually UPS, and Fedex. But, the rates have gone up a lot, compared to years ago. Another option I guess would be by sea.

it doesnt have to be zenitani but wanted full rear seat delete. origin has one but for s13's. lmk if u can get one for s14's. I prefer carbon.

Japan Post Surface (Sea Freight) is about the same price as USPS Priority so we typically don't ship wheels via Sea unless they are going somewhere other than the US or Canada.

Description: The seller says the tags are no longer on the insides of the wheels so he's not sure of the widths/offsets. He does provide measurements of the inside and outside lips for both sets so maybe you can figure out if the sizes are good for you:
