Clutch pedal no pressure

hey guys, i have an issue with my clutch pedal on my s13.

First off this car was sitting in a junkyard for awhile, i just bought the car so i have no idea when this problem first started and neither does the previous owner because he never could get the car running, so i bought the car and got it running now im having this issue, i have no pressure in the clutch and it just sits on the floor and wont come back up by itself I have bled the system about 3 times now and still nothing.

Here is what ive tried so far.

-Bleeding the slave cylinder
-Bleeding the dampener box
-Checked the clutch master cylinder (spring is still good)
-Checked the clutch fork and its good

I also checked the slave cylinder and it is kind of weak, as in the rod coming from the slave cylinder that pushes the clutch fork has no pressure and i can push it with my fingers back into the slave cylinder easy as hell, now im not sure if that means its bad or if thats the way it is because theres no pressure in the system.

everytime we bled the slave cylinder the fluid would run out very slowly and not spurt out like it should which again would probably be because of my lack of pressure.

Keep in mind this car has been sitting for a loong time, long enough to clog up the hole in the bleeder nipple(i unclogged the bleeder valve/nipple btw), so maybe the brake lines connecting the system could be alittle clogged and that could be the issue? or could it be the slave cylinder?

all help appreciated.
