a/c Components Diff from Sohc to Dohc?

I'm looking at putting A/C back in my car and Need to know if Other than the Compressor and maybe the lines to the compressor are Diff from DOHC to SOHC?

I have a Bastard Mutt car:
I have a 1990 Fastback Shell, but i swapped over EVERYTHING with a full 1993 SE coupe engine Harness, bodyharness and Everything else under the dash and engine bay.SR20'd also.
I know I need a DOHC KA Compressor For sure to Bolt up to the Motor and Brackets (codyace bracket also) and work correctly.
I'm pretty sure I put the evaporator from the coupe in it also but not 100%?

Do I need lines from the evap to the Compressor to Be DOHC or SOHC in case I didn't Swap that?? What would make them different other than Where the Ends to the compressor??
please let me know if you have any info.
