^^^ you're the biggest idiot EVER!!! have you ever seen race cars that drive at laguna seca? they have sound levels they have to stay below at that track. They do that to lower noise levels and aim it away from the meter that measures the sound.

Laguna Seca has really strict noise regulations. And I believe that the evo was already there, or about really close to race day and it wouldn't pass noise regulations. So they went through those measures to pass the noise regulations.
