Just got my s13 running after about a year of sitting in my driveway and having some body work done, and a 5 speed swap. Took a long time due to having nearly no time to work on the thing. Anyway, does anyone have any idea why my headlights won’t pop up and my horn won’t work? Never had an issue before letting it sit for a year. Haven’t looked too deep into the issue yet, just looking to see what you guys suggest. When putting the lights up manually, turning the lights on then off causes the lights to raise and open completley then drop right down. This will only happen when the headlights are manually put up otherwise the lights don’t pop up. So this means it’s not a fuse, the battery is a new battery just picked it up today. The motors are working if the headlights go up then down at all. I can’t even begin to think what it could be. Same goes for the Horn. Anyone have any ideas?
