Want help/advice

Alright most of us have encountered rust on the s chassis. In fact all was going well in my attempt to free my s13 of rust. Well i started from the back and moved forward and this is what i found hiding under the driver's side mirror..

I do not have enough money to buy a whole new door (let alone two, I hav'nt checked the passenger side yet) and also shipping. Ive already checked all the junk yards within about a hundred miles of the town i live in and none have s13's so thats not an option either.
How would i fix this without some weird home made welding job I don't even know how to weld. The pictures above are after soaking in wd40 and using a wirebrush on the rust. Just want advice on how to fix this crap it doesnt hold my mirror well anymore and the rust has already started eating away at the door to the point where i cant hide it under the weatherstripping. Thank you pls no smartass answers just want advice
