Steering Angle Spacers! $50 shipped.

IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!

Hello Zilvia! I just got another run of these. Same price as before. These sell quick so buy asap!

These spacers easily add more angle to your steering! Check out the pictures below.

- Use on S13, S14, S15, Z32, R32, R33, Z33, G35, and probably a ton more Nissans.
- Machined from 4130 Chromoly
- Adds ~14º to your steering!
- CNC machined by a medical/aerospace certified machine shop
- Easy install. Re-center the rack after you install these.

Price: $50 Shipped.

You only need 1 per car. INSTALL ON PASSENGER SIDE.

I can ship international. PM me or email [email protected](dot)com to order.

INSTALLED PICS!

I took some pics of my daily driver. ONLY ONE SPACER INSTALLED.

Alright. Finally got one of these on my daily driver. S13, stock suspension, stock steering.

BEFORE: 37º of steering angle stock.

AFTER: 51º of steering angle after adding only ONE spacer!

Added 14º of steering lock. You can grind down the steering stops and get even more.

I have a lot of people that can vouch for me. I'm also a moderator on az240sx.org so you guys can find me on there as well. Thank you for looking.

On my s14 I had to take them off. I was using z32 inners, CS outters and PBM spacers.

WAY too much angle. and I had hella toe! Took off this spacer and everything was fine.

This does not go without saying I had insane angle, (rim was hitting the tension rod) at lock. even still with the z32 inners I had to take about 5-9 threads so I could correct my toe. - This was just my experience with them.

I hear they work great with all stock stuff though.

Wow! I wonder if the CS outers are longer and force the car to have a lot of toe? With Z32 inners/stock outers you can run one on each side.

It's probably been asked before im sure but, how does it get the same amount of angle both ways with only one spacer? I have 9mm spacers on both tie rods already, how will that affect it?

This is similar to adding one big spacer to the steering rack. You end up with more rack travel which means more angle.

Depends on the SPL kit you have(the one for stock or modified knuckles). Should work but you might need to trim the pass side inner tie rod.

The threads are long enough that you could slip another spacer over this spacer....if that makes sense? haha

PM'd you the paypal info.

I've had a few people ask me how to re-center the steering rack and here is a short write up.

Quote:
You put the spacer on the passenger side of the steering rack. Your rack now has extra travel but it's all biased to the passenger side(because of the spacer). In order to have equal alignment you need to center the steering rack.

This is done by turning the steering wheel lock to lock. Then you divide the total turns by 2. Now, from lock you rotate the steering wheel that much(ie: 3 turns lock to lock = 1.5 turns from lock to center). Once you have found center of travel simply realign the toe and you're all set.
Hope this clears up any questions. It's really simple to do and takes 30min-1hr at the most to install a spacer.

You'll have too much toe in. You will need Z32/Z33 inners if you want spacers on each side. I also don't recommend spacers on each side with stock knuckles. You will over-center before you run out of travel. This is not the case with 1 spacer though.

They were shipped earlier today. USPS doesn't provide tracking on smaller packages and their system sucks anyway.

Sorry it took me a while to ship out. I have a regular day job and sometimes I can't get to the PO before they close.

I will keep them making them as long as people still want to buy them. I usually make runs of 20 or 40 and they sell out really fast. I currently have ~35 in stock.
