APSX Wideband info

Has anyone ever used a wideband from Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Tuning ??
Apparently it's called a APSX wideband, the reason being for me wanting this over the other widebands on the market is for the small digital lcd screen.
I was wondering if this wideband would be accurate, it does use a bosch lsu 4.2 sensor.
