+ Tires But yes, guys don't normally modify their powert rains. Checkout the LT section on Tacomaworld.com You'll have less than 10k into the truck to build one of those if you can wrench. |

TRD Offroad has Bilstine off-road shocks, maybe a half inch more ground clearance, body colored flares and e-locker rear. TRD Sport is turbo hood scoop, body match mirrors, bumpers (no chrome). It's a cosmetic upgrade. Most people argue factory shock valving sucks. Rear is to hard and front is to soft. Some complain the factory E-lock is to weak and the option is a waste, just upgrade to a ARB Airlock ect. *Shrug*. I'm not a mudder guy so I'm not worried about sheering the teeth on my gears. Major Bro points if you get blue. Ugh, I spent a month trying to find one. One of my favorite. Blackhawke88's Build/Photo Thread - Tacoma World Forums Lots of info, great community. 2nd Gen. Uhhh... I want a vehicle that is as fun as a 350Z with more utility than the Z could ever hope for. A vehicle that can tow my weekend toy car to the track and then run right alongside with it if I wanted to. I think the X-Runner is that vehicle.
That long travel stuff looks awesome, but you fucked up when you showed me the x-runner drifting...lol... X-Runner is cheaper than I thought. Seeing 2005's as low as $13.7k locally. Exactly my price range. I'm sold. Good job, Toyota. I was scratching my head at first, but now I get it. Fuckin WANTZ. |

Me, none. That blue truck is not mine but a guy named Aaron on TacomaWorld. It's just a awesome build thread. I get some pics of my truck up tomorrow.

^^^If I get a red one, its gonna get the same matching white wheels as my red Zenki. That would make towing the S14 even better... lol... And its lowering kits seem cheaper than what most of us pay of coilovers...

Heads up guys the Ford, Toyota, and Nissan trucks over there are turbo charged diesels for the most part. I know because we couldn’t catch them, after they motored or rocket the base I was at. We managed to catch one do to driver era, he crashed in berm

My dad had to put airbags on his '09 Ram (first of the new style) just to tow our trailer.
I think if he could do it over again he'd finally listen to me and buy a PSD Ford. Congrats on the truck though, they're pretty nice. Not much of a work truck, but a good commuter/light towing vehicle. The coil springs are comfy, no doubt. They just tow much better with a stiffened up rear suspension.

As I thought. I don't like how Dodge did this generation with only the standard or quad cab and King cab. Standard is worthless and quad is to much. I would have liked an extended or access cab option.
