Seriously though, GI Joe has a FUCKING RICH ASS HISTORY of awesomeness.

Why do they gotta fuck up all movies with Origin-type bullshit?

If i were to have made a Joe film, I'd have it knee-deep in Joe v Cobra fighting. Character development thru the course of the movie, not "Meet Duke. He's the Leader. He played QB in Highschool!"

"Now Meet Ripcord! He used to work at the local news stand with his brother, and was always found at the Diner, which was owned by his father, Pops. He wasn't good in life, so he joined the Army. Go Joe!"

And StormShadow. Gooood lord. KPop start? Really?

This is true. And this is also why the studios will order a sequel to be made sometime this week, regardless of how much money it makes in the long run.

I saw it out here in Japan last week end. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I mean, its not a bad movie, but seems like they cut alot of fucking corners. It didnt have the same "Wow" factor like say, the first TF1. Seems like they run out of money for the fucking CGs. All the CGs seems so fucking washed and plain/generic. If they made this whole movie focus on Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadows ALONE, it would have been 500% better.

PS: Who ever was the military advisor for this movie need to get slapped in the face, How the fuck are you gonna be in full service uniform with a fucking Goatee?!?!

couple buddies went to see it, i declined. it looks like shit, and everyone says it was shit.

but, it's pg-13. so it can make money anyway. which is equally shit.

I saw the midnite showing. It was packed! If you go see it, I recommend sitting a little closer to the screen and not in the nose-bleeds. Overall, it was better than I expected. Snake Eyes was bad ass!

I liked the concept, but could've been brought together cleaner. Flashbacks were not needed. Cobra, Baroness, and Zartan were played well by their actors, the rest was garbage, especially Channing Tatum, who the hell cast this guy? Snake Eyes/Stormshadow fight scenes were keeping me from walking out of this movie.
