1997 240SX - LS1 Swap - Modified Mag Featured - One Off Build
Name Stephen
Location VA Beach Price $33,000 Please take the time to read what I have written below. I have continuously modified this car for the past 6 years, there's a lot of information to review. After a long consideration I have decided to put my S14 up for sale. I understand the price is high for most, I am not pressed and certainly don't HAVE to sell this car. A significant amount of time and money has gone into the build, much more then is reflected in the sale price. It has been broken down, transformed, and elevated into something unique that is not easy to obtain – and in fact has parts that simply cannot be obtained. Over two years of blood and sweat were poured into the most extensive portion of the build. More over then that, I poured my entire being into this car; it reflects myself in a way words cannot express. Needless to say the decision to sell it was not an easy one, nor was it made in haste. I encourage anyone seriously interested in this car to review my blog: Knoops Blog Also, look through my build thread: http://zilvia.net/f/builds-builds-on...nt-inside.html For my asking price, you will get everything I own for the car. This includes a large number of parts. I have done my best to list everything on and off the car. Exterior: -GP Sports G Sonic One front bumper (discontinued, to my knowledge the only one in this hemisphere) -JDM Grill -Bomex Side skirts -Modified 'Friends Style' side skirts (slightly damaged) -JDM rear bumper and URAS valances -C-West Mini Spoiler -Seibon carbon trunk (paint matched) -Seibon carbon hood (paint matched) -Stage 21 frp hood (one of three in North America) -JDM rail visors -Bomex Type 2 Mirrors -Custom front bumper support/bash bar built by BC at Ramey Built -Custom fender pull utilizing OEM metal, no metal was added to the outside to create the flair, the rear has a mini-tub (metal was removed from the inside fender panel and new metal was welded in higher up to provide more clearance) -Porsche Racing Green Metallic paint and body work done by Stock or Modified Body Works Wheels: -4X 17X11 +12 Custom BBS RSs (satin black faces and lips with polished bolts) -2X 17X10.5 +27 Mustang wheels w/ 60% tread 245/40/17 Kenda Tires -2X 17X10 -18 Sempek Wheels (only ones in the world) w/ 235/40/17 Toyo R1R (have ~4 drift events on them) -2X 17X11 +0 Sempek wheels (only ones in the world) w/ 75% tread 245/40/17 Kenda tires Suspension: -Fortune Auto 500 Series Coilovers with 10k/9k swift springs, rebuilt in 2011 with very little miles on them -Parts Shop Max front and rear Knuckles with Wilwood rear e-brake calipers - Ikeya Formula inner tie rods with tien outer tie rods - Modified front and rear lower control arms with custom roll center adjusters utilizing 3/4" spherical bearings and Chevy circle track ball joint shanks (I have extra parts for these as well) -Fortune Auto tension rods, traction arms, and toe arms -SPL RUCA -Parts Shop Max rear subframe risers -Q45 front brakes -OS Giken front strut bar -1/8" thick Stainless Steel skid plate that ties in the front subframe, tension rod brackets, and very front of the car. This thing made a huge difference with how the front end feels, and you can bash it into anything without messing the motor up. Engine/Drivetrain/Engine Bay: -98 LS1 bottom end with - ARP rod and main bolts - Custom 224/224 Lutani cam - Clevite rod and main bearings - LQ4 oil pump - LS2 timing chain - 703 truck heads - Dual valve springs/retainers - Trick Flow hardened push rods - LS6 intake manifold and PCV system - Modified Hooker Block Hugger headers with 3" downpipes - fabbed by Sikky Sikky complete mount kit with: - CNCed solid motor mounts - Aluminum drive shaft - Power steering lines - Master cylinder conversion - Oil filter relocation kit with SR20 Greddy oil cooler - Sikky 7-quart oil pan -Custom Exhaust - 3" off the headers with magnaflow metal spun high flow cats, to a single 4" with a vibrant race muffler, to dual 4" tips - Fabricated by BC at Ramey Built -Rebuilt F-body T-56 transmission with Spec Stag 3 clutch, SLP lightened flywheel and ARP flywheel bolts -KA Mishimoto radiator -Custom fuel system using a Corvette FPR/Fuel Filter and -6AN line -OS Giken Super Lock 1.5-way LSD -RE-Spec Garage tubs with fender well modification for maximum wheel clearance Interior: -Bride Zeta III black with black gradation with Bride FG rails -East Bear reclinable passenger seat with Bride SL rails -Nardi Deep Corn 350mm steering wheel with Works Bell hub and NRG quick release -RE-Spec Garage Formula-D/SCCA spec cage -Ultra gauge OBDII plug gauge (has various gauges on it) -SPA-Technique Oil Pressure and Water Temperature dual digital gauge I also have: -6 brand new 245/40/17 Kenda tires -Several boxes of miscellaneous S14 and LS parts It should be noted; this car is not a show car. It has some blemishes and scuffs from tracking it, including two cone shaped scuffs on the LH rear quarter panel. The oil pan has a slight ding in it from hitting a rock at a drift event before the skid plate was in place. The ding is not large, does not leak, and is not near the oil pick up. I have had zero issues with the engine or oiling since it occurred (it occurred the first event I went to after the motor started up). The BBS RSs have been drift spares for a few years and reflect it in their condition, nothing major but minor scuffs and chips in the finishing are present. They have two kinds of center caps, two are the ‘mid caps’ and two are the ‘high caps’. I never ran more then two at a time so I always use the mid caps. It should also be noted, this is not a street car either. It does not have heat or air conditioning....it doesn't have anything underneath of the dash anymore aside from the custom wiring and fuse box that was done. It does not have the turn signals wired up and the windshield wiper motor is not installed, but I do have it. The headlights and tail lights work, the headlights have 4300K HIDs in them. The factory gauges are not wired up, the speed and tachometer are displayed on the ultra gauge digital display. I am sure I am leaving some things out. I am more then happy to discuss details of the car with any serious buyers. I am also willing to remove things from the car to lower the price. However, I am not interested in parting the car out at this time. If someone is interested in any parts not on the car (like the BBSs or carbon hood) I am willing to sell them for the right price, and I will adjust the sale price of the car should that occur. I will take $4500 off the sale price if the buyer is not interested in purchasing it with the custom Sempek wheels. Trades I am willing to do a partial trade (I will require cash on top from who I trade with) for the following – and only the following: R32 GTR 964 911 Carrera 2 S30Z Datsun 240Z Obviously a number of factors will decide how much money I will require on top. If you have a pristine example of any of those cars and are interested in my S14 please message me and we can go from there. For those of you who read everything, thank you for taking the time to do so. I have a ton of photos of the car that can be found on my blog, and for serious buyers I am more then willing to get specifically requested shots and videos. The photos below are the most recent ones I have. Here is a video clip from Summit Point WV last year.

You, sir, win. This car is awesome and has blown my mind.
Absolutely love seeing immaculate, truly fully built cars that are actually driven. It's a rare sight, but wow is it awesome. Well done |

i've seen several S-chassis go for this much and more! Can't remember who but a few years ago there was a black kouki with RB26 and Do-Luck wheels went for 45k!
best of luck selling it man, its a gorgeous car i say ask more. Broke zilvia kids aren't going to buy it anyway you're going to find a wealthy enthusiast who can appreciate how much time custom work takes.

great car, but no chance to get 33K, i am sure it's worth it, there is just no buyers for S chassis in that kind of price range. People that could afford it would never consider it.

Agree, $33k it should be making at least 1000whp, best brakes money can buy and so on. But still no doubt an awesome car. I would keep it and enjoy it at that point.
