S13 Electrical Problem

Alright I need an electrical guru on this one.

Long story short... Working on the car, hurd a loud pop (sound like a shotgun went off. Was so loud my left ear rang for about 15min).
The Pop was from a relay (1 of the Black Multi Purpose Relay On Driver Side) IT basically blew the cap off and melted the coil on the inside. At this time i was replacing my cold pipe.

I checked all my wires for shorts (visually), all look good. Move to inside to check all features and most check out except for..
Windshield Wipers and AC Controls dont work at all.
Also without any lights on my blinkers work (left/right) Once i turn the parking lights on my driver side blinker shows up dim, and does not work. but the right side works fine.
My Bright lights also work when i Pull the lever (Flash) but do not work at all if I push them forward to stay on.

All Fuses are good or have been replaced, The only relay that i fixed was the blown one. Im waiting to get my multimeter back from a friend. What other relays/wires do i need to check. Im not the greatest at dealing with electrical, but i can hold my own. Looking for a little help on this one.
Thanks.

Could have potentially ruined your signal switch and wiper switch, as well as the HVAC unit.

How did the relay pop? What caused it?

Not 100% sure how it went. wasnt working on anything electrical. I had just finished reinstalling the cold pipe. Stood up , took a step towards my garage door, and BOOM. I thought i got shot.

Battery is relocated to trunk. Fuse box located under headlights on both sides. wires to ecu are ran through the tranny tunnel.

The switch still controls everything properly until i turn on the parking or headlights on.
Ill look for a wire schematic so i can attempt to wire chase.

do you have an inline fuse or breaker 12 inches from your relocated battery? If no you may have had an electrical surge and blew stuff up. If you do have this in place then check wires that may have been rubbing from relocation till they grounded out.

Inline fuse is good, it a little closer then 12" but its was good after the pop. It was the first thing i checked.

So far I havnt found any grounded out wires. Im still checking, wire by wire.
What relays are under the kick panel driver side? I really think its a bad relay somewhere.

I have this similar problem but I don't know if any relays got messed up. Two wires touched and now nothing electrical works except for headlights and clocks backlight (clock/time doesn't show). So my tail lamps, brake lights, reverse lights, backlight of the whole cluster, and the cluster in general doesn't work /: I don't know crap when it comes down to electrical things. I checked for anything that looked messed up and I found that the wires that touched and intergrated eachother a bit and melted the plastic protection stuff that's outside the wire, anyways pulled those two from eachother and ripped off the excess melted plastic, and wrapped it in electrical tape, after that nothing /: so if anyone can help me with this I'd greatly appreciative it.

PA7VDA- you could have blown a relay. Have you checked all fuses? If all fuses are good it has to be a relay somewhere. Which one... i dont know.

I dont know if this helps my situation but i have Silvia Front.
I havnt had the extra time to crack into my harness just yet, but there will be updates soon.

Just checked my relays like 5 min ago, and i saw black in one of the inserts so i guess ill get a new relay for that one. But I remember if you take the climate control unit sometimes nothing inside operates/functions like time/clock, turn signals, backlight, and all that stuff im experiencing. But other than that, i'll still replace it, and update.
