I've literally seen a totally un-welded busted tower, that was repaired better than that. With a big piece of REAL strap bolted in.
There's a good possibility that super glue and cereal box bits would make a safer fix. I'd offer you 400 bucks for the whole thing, if you lived closer to me. Or, I will pay that, delivery included. |

didn't hit anything, wheel never touched even touched the wheel well just tucked up a bit... poor road conditions + rear coils stuck on stiff, caused cracks to tear apart almost completely ... basically the previous owner that had stripd it and stitch welded it... removed the oem reinforcement plates for some dumbass reason...

People that never handled a real project car are stupid. This is a easy fix at my body shop. Yes it's over priced and yes it's strut tower is very bad but at my body shop I would fix that tower (with a diffrent one)and you would bearly notice. The rest is just some much needed tlc needed but people talking down on this car are punks and dumb...

He should just ask a reasonable price, considering he's got a piece of shit with totally mismatched parts, a bunch of missing shit, chassis damage repaired like shit, and that was attacked by a second grader with downs syndrome and a sharpie. The sharpie is like, a thousand dollars off the price, literally. It's okay to have a car with bad paint or different colors, or NO paint. It's not okay to use it like a whiteboard. Seriously, you go out in public with that? Not trying to sound like a jerk - but come on, check yourself, and check your sharpie... |

ha... :/ sharpie fades, not sure how it would constitute "thousands off"
never a whiteboard, I'm not writing my grocery list on it was more of a canvas, not for doodling, but actual planned out drawings ... ... but yea , I originally wanted respond with an insult, but internet trolls aren't worth the effort, basically if you're not interested in purchasing or giving constructive criticism... il bid you adieu ma'am ... |

I don't think it's as much drift tax as it is an almost 30 year old car that still runs. It doesn't help that people are usually after rx7s. It's just supply and demand everyone wants a FC or rotary but nobody wants to get rid of them.

I honestly wouldn't mind lists on it, roadkill style. There's "rough", and then there's.... the neighborhood kids drew all over your car. But hey, GLWS, no hate for the car here, I don't think it should be junked or anything. Just be real about what you've got - which is a car with potential but that would be embarrassing to drive, as it sits. Lol imagine an s13 that looked like that.... people part clean strait low milage s13's just because they can instead of taking reasonable prices, that thing would be soooo dead. On the flip side, I'm glad it's not dead, and that you're looking out for it. |

you might want to get that thing safe first to drive, also you can take off reliable daily car, no reliable daily car ive seen or owned had a strut tower separated from the body before, any cop or chp that takes one good look at the tower will tell you this thing is not safe to drive. this thing needs to go to a body shop to be fixed the proper way and then to a suspension shop to be put up and measured to make sure everything is leveled properly before it hits the road.
I know you say you daily it but in that condition that tower is a ticking time bomb before it gives out or splits really bad causes the next owner to have a really bad accident on or off the track. |

also you might want to include the upgrade alt pulley so that you do not have the water pump pulley slip thus overheating the motor because you removed the a/c and air pump.

that makes it worse, you really want to take that thing onto a track and put stress on that busted strut tower, go right ahead man, let me know how that turns out.
