I found this "Real Deal" on Fatman Racing's website and was wondering what your opinions are of this product and the price. It's advertising a Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch (through Performance International) for the 240SX for $215.58 USD.
What are your opinions on this clutch? Is this a good deal? |

Centerforce clutches are garbage, do not buy one. My pressure plate died at 13000 miles. The pedal wouldn't come back up and it was slipping. Put in a new ACT everythings fine now. Take my word, better safe than sorry

yea they are worth nothing, my brother had one and it was gone in 3 months. Now he has an ACT and it is so awesome. It puts so much more power threw. He can chirp 4th gear now(around 85 mph and he only has a pretty well moded V6 MX6) you can't do that with a Centerforce. They truly suck.

Thanks guys! Since I'm not sure what's wrong with my car yet, I thought I'd start doing a bit of research just in case it's my clutch. I appreciate your opinions and facts! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
