I have a 95 240sx se that we pulled the ka to build with forged internals, head work, turbo, top feed fuel rail, etc...

Fuel pump was working for a few hours when we were trying to finish up the new top mount fuel rail and all the little stuff after we dropped the motor in.

But now I have power at the fuse but no power at the fuel pump relay which is like a foot away. Needless to say i have no power at the fuel pump so it doesn't prime or run. I have taken the fuel pump out of the tank and it works fine when hooked up to 12v.

I have triple checked all the grounds in the engine bay. The fuel pump relay has a good ground to it, also checked to see if the other 3 wires were getting grounded but they weren't. I have replaced the relay's for the fuel pump and egi relay. I have checked my ecu in another 240 and the ecu works fine.

So unless i am wrong there is something between the fuel pump fuse and the fuel pump relay that is not allowing power to get to the relay. It couldn't be more than a foot of wire.

I am not sure what to do next... Any help would be greatly appreciated

Then start from the pump plug all the way back to the relays. U might have burn some wiring, fuses, relays, if u hot wire it to the ignition it ll work like stock.

from the pump plug back to the relay has no power so there is no need to check that... i have power at the fuse, that is the last place i have power. No power at the relay which is like less than a foot away.

I have visually checked the cables from the fuse box to the relay, nothing is wrong with them

i ended up hot wireing the pump to ignition.. didn't want to, but at least i made it look pretty. So now the pump comes on when i put the car in the on position
