Pretty cool build,

Maybe i missed this, but are you running stock injectors still?
Something tells me if you hit 500whp it's going to have to be on kind of a kill tune on that turbo imo at least on a 91/93 octane pump gas.

Thanks Flick!
Yeah, I completely forgot to mention it , right now we have brand new 650cc installed. for 91 oct It will be more than enough right now.

500whp it's the ''goal'' but I will not be sad to get a 450whp .. Its only a number.. the best part of this build Imo is the powerband that we can get out of this setup and proved that using a 70mm turbo for this king of power is pretty much useless. In the supra/2jz world, big turbo = big power but, everyone dosen't look a the powerband ..
fast spool/powerband > dyno number. especially on street driven cars

Looking good man, downpipe and manifold look awesome. Dunno if I missed it, but what wheels are you planning to rock on this beast? Those S13 stockers would keep it super sleeper, but no way you'll be able to put down the power.

These are dumb IMHO and it wouldn't work with a true twin scroll setup like he is running. These are meant to be used on a single scroll manifold with a large twin scroll hotside. Basically diverts all of the exhaust into one scroll of the turbine housing, but in doing that creates a ton of extra back pressure and makes all of the exhaust fight to get into a single small entry, killing efficiency. A proper manifold and correctly sized turbo completely negates the need for something like this.

For wheel I don't plan a 17x12 wheel with 335 tires , but a larger wheel than stock for sure with good tire on it (r compound etc) , and probably 2 rims with mickey thompson for when I go to the strip .

The sleeper exhaust
the cut out valve is a Louvalves, it open with boost (5psi)
The rest of the exhaust is oem (catback oem) Did I say sleeper ? lol

Will have 2 map on the ecu,
1. exhaust closed on the stock catback ( Wg spring ~ 5-6 psi )
2. OPEN and all the power we want.

I give it a try like this , if I don't like the valve we will try something else

Some Z32 stockers with 255/50r16 out back would keep it pretty sleeper and let you lay down the power

Really like this idea, its like a massive screamer ahaha. I have a feeling you'll be making 5psi pretty damn quick though, you'll really have to stay out of the throttle to make sure you keep it quiet

You can get the electric ones too, or you can put a EBC or MBC on that vacuum line to keep it from opening.

Only issue with that is making sure the exhaust will flow enough to not cause issues, the factory system was designed for a N/A 2.4L, not a turbocharged 3L making 500+whp. I think it would probably be fine for around 5psi like he wanted to run, but with the turbo setup he is running he is going to be seeing 5psi very quickly.

I say give it a shot, but if it ends up not working out you can always build a 3in system with a few nice mufflers that will keep it quiet. It'll flow more than enough to handle all 500hp and still be able to let the valve open when you want to hear is scream.

Yeah , the boost line for the loudvalve is connect to a vacuum switch , when the switch is off the valve will stay closed!

Today we street tune the car a little bit before the dyno.
Tranny is perfect
Engine run smoooth
No leak
Only a stuck open blowoff

We took it to 9 psi with the valve not opening with no issue.
Can’t wait to hit 20psi and open the exhaust , at only 9 psi its amaaaazzing
The spool is just perfect I love it

Such a clean chassis to start with, good find for sure. I would guess around 400whp on that dyno with that turbo

497 Whp
477 Torque
@17-18psi on 91 oct.
Peak torque @3800 rpm ..

Fuel pump (320) and injectors (650cc) are maxed out right now .

I'm really happy at the result , the spool is amazingggg
The power will stay like this for a good time I think lol

Torque curve is immense. Smooth out the boost controller issues and that will smooth the graph out quite well.

Good work!
