Based strictly on sheer numbers, I think it's probably the case that there are going to be more PC-owning fucktards than Apple-owning fucktards.

I own apple computers because I like them. I use them for about 10 hours a day because that's what my industry almost universally requires (I'm a graphic designer).

Knowing people in PC sales and Apple store employees. I can say that the people that sell Computers don't know shit about them. If they knew anything about the product they were selling they would have a real job not a $10 an hour sales job.

Apple store emploies are like people that work at A&F, Gap... Just look for hipsters to work there. They are no more special than any other sales job.

If you want to make this a PC vs Mac thread. I can make it go so far over 99% of the members heads that it won't matter. If you are concerned about what keyboard you can use and what dual platform software you can run. Just get a PC...

Don't Bring the idiots that work at the apple store into a Mac vs PC thread or you have to bring all the Best buy, Circuit city, walmart employees too.

I just dont like the fact its so simple. Its too simple. So simple me, someone whos pretty good with computers, cant figure out how to delete the history... hehehehe.

Oh well. I do agree that most people who own PCs are fucktards, but the average person would probably own a PC that a mac, based on sheer numbers. So theres a better ratio of fucktards to smart people with PCs than there is with Macs, because more people own PCs than
macs.

(edit) AND if I had my way, you would have to pass a literacy test before being able to own a computer.

Its ok. at the highschool I went to, all they had was Macs. It was so gay on so many levels. I know how to get past the firewalls and what not on PCs, I know how to get peoples passwords and what not, but with macs... Its like drifting a d15 civic.

I've never owned anything other than a PC. I will probably own a mac someday but not until I have a use for multiple computers.

My biggest problems is with mac owners. For some reason they like to give me a hard time b/c I have a pc, stating that macs are better blah blah blah. I like to point out that when their superdrive fails they have to send it in to be repaired (macbooks) when I just have to order one and install it myself and no internal card readers which would drive me nuts b/c I use my PCM/CIA slot and SD card slot all the time. I've seen as many macs crash as pc's.

Either way they are both computers and they will both fail. DONE

For laptops, I stick exclusively to macs. Mainly because the fit and finish, attention to detail is second to none. Just bought a Macbook pro 17. Best notebook evAR. Plus its directx 10
