s14 automatic shifter stuck in park,

so i went to check out my uncle's car after it sitting in the garage over the winter, and you got your average dusty car, with flat tires, and a dead battery,
well, i tried to start the car by jumper cables with my dad's truck. and the thing didnt start.
all i heard was a click,
so i tried to move the shifter into neutral and see if i can roll the car out,
and it doesnt budge.

has anyone had this problem?
help a noob out.
thanks.
bash me if you wanna. =/

should be a little lever/switch near the shifter that you press down to shift it down into nuetral.

my car is in the parking lot, i'll come back later...but i'm pretty sure there isnt a specific shift lock override in the s14, other than the brake pedal
