My 240 story....
I have a 1997 240SX LE. I bought it 2.5 months ago since I've spent a lot of $$ to get my car (mechanically) to the point it was and on my way down to OC, MD for H2Oi with my g/f last friday night, a drunk driver pulled out in front of my car from a side street into my lane on the highway. This completely damaged my front end, and I am currently dealing with trying to figure out how much this will cost and if I can get my front end back together again. She runs, she drives, but her hood, bumper, fogs and etc are fucked up. Not to mention my intercooler, piping and etc.
This is her before: This is her after: This shit sucks. |

Sorry to hear bout that man. I hope you can get your car back together looking like it used to. Same thing happened to my s14. Bumper to bumper collision, messed up my headlights hood and bumper.
If you can find a pair of used items, Just replace it. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about that. Hope your GF is ok. I don't see what the issue is. Their insurance co. should be giving you a nice little check. Just the fact that they were intoxicated screws them. Probly good for a nice make-over... bigger and better ya know. Hopefully theres no frame damage.
Good luck.

Alright. Well as an update.....
I have to go to physical therapy because of back pain and I'm still on pain meds. I am still waiting on the accident report from the incident and I have decided while this long and arduous process is going to drive me nuts to slowly gather all the parts for my car. I already have a steering wheel, radiator, HID kit and new driver seat (pick it up friday). I also have new headlights, corner lights and front bumper turn signals on the way. I'm debating on simply repairing the dash or modifying it. I'm saving for a new radiator support, FMIC, bumper, hood and fenders. The hood I will get last due to the fact I can't decide on whether to go factory hood again or carbon fiber or carbon/kevlar. While the car is down I'm going to do a battery relocation, and possibly get the wheels powered coated or anodized. |

On a slightly more humerous note...i was at h20i and you should have just continued down...you would have blended in with a fair share of dubs! |
