i have a s13 with a sr20det with stock internals and i wanted to now if a GT35 turbo would be to much?

Depends how much boost u wanna pull out of it. Cuz I don't think a stock internal sr20 can handle more than 19-20 psi

my friends running 24lbs stock internal sr with a 2871 .86ar. it could handle it at lower boost, but if you plan on exceeding 400whp, i'd build it.

ok cool im not trying to get to much only like 17 to 18 psi

look at the flow charts and everything. search around.
