don't report it stolen, and don't hire someone to beat him up. handle it yourself, if he wants to complain and bitch and moan, why not just untrade and get your stuff back, furthermore, nothing was stolen, so your just wasting threadspace.

this is a section that is for things actually stolen, not a thread to solve life's everyday quarrells. you want personal help write a letter to OPRAH or someone.
take him to people's court

Talked to the police, basically they told me they cant do anything. Even if i had the title in my possession, they couldnt go on his property to get it back.

Also, they told me they cant do escorts for this unless i have a restraining order pretty much.

Im not willing to deal with all that and its not worth the hassle of taking him to court, so im just going to take it as a loss.

I don't know if your finished with your deal, but in the future if something is yours and you leave it in someone elses hands on accident and they wont give it back. Thats stealing. Then when you ask them for 'it' back and they say no. then admit they are gonna steal it from you/sell it afterwards then i would just threaten to sue them. Then sue them again for wasting your time having to go to court. Then, if your not satisfied hire someone to beat the shit outta them or do it yourself. If you can't bring something to even up the battle field. Then steal something from them.(JK maybe) n threaten them. That will end up any problems with that fellow again.

This reminds me of Dee Bo on Friday, all I needed to hear is that the thief said "THIS IS MY SHIT PUNK". Take it as a loss and lesson learned.
