more stuff from this weekend..

got the gauge cluster finished:



CF making a template to separate the trunk and drivers cabin



traced to plate



mocking up the turbo exhaust piping





finished the accessory drive using the factory PS pump and a turn buckle.







got a radiator hose



and some randoms





and a rendition of my 2012 season graphics

i got the fuel pump mounted at the same height as the sump on the fuel cell for better fuel delivery.

dont mind the zipties, they ore only there for mock up purposes.



soldering big wires, lol



got the starter solenoid mounted and used the push button start to bump the starter for the 1st time!



Got my painless style engine harness in, in the process of working that out and cleaning it all up now.



last night i was able to pull all the exhaust off and weld in my o2 sensor bungs.. pics of that later.

My driveshaft came in on friday. It looks real sweet and i was told that it should have no problem handling my projected bower level. Also, you can see my unfinished oil pan chillin by a shitty bicycle..



I rolled the car outside to give it some fresh air, pulled the motor and tranny back out to clean it up and start the final assembly.















Then i started cleaning up. I pressure washed my engine bay and made new power steering lines to go to my PS cooler.



After i had that all handled, i started making my sweet bash bar for teh wrecks!

Demolition derby time!











And heres a pic with the bumper literally sitting on the bumper support.; It is not attached in any way.

sorry, i havent been taking a whole lot of pictures lately.















Basically got the oil pan and pickup done, turbo oil feed and return lines done and motor mounts finalized and bolted in.

working on bolting up the headers and exhaust right now.

Im having the valve covers hydrodipped in some sweet print (you'll have to wait and see) and since i just got paid today, ill be buying my ecu, sensors and intercooler piping.

should have lots of updates soon!

the exhaust from the other bank is going to be fed into the exhaust just before the turbo, then the pressurized air from the turbo will go through the intercooler, then into the throttle body that will feed all cylinders.
