FFX was okay....i only got into it because of Blitzball....storyline was cool though..

FF7 and FF8 were both badass....FF9 not so much....too kiddy like, and the main guy had a fuckin tail....

Im gonna buy this new game Lost Odyssey and see how that is...

the day FF7 remake comes out is the day I buy a PS#. I loved that game. Those big head little guys walking around with no mouths with big blinking anime eyes.... fists with no fingers... flying all over the world catching dashing or walking chocobos.. ahh memories.

If you are talking about Crisis Core it is for psp. If you are referring to a FF7 remake it would most likely be for PS3. Personally I think the Japanese developers are getting away from console exclusives though.

I'm such a huge FF fan. 7 being my all time favourite. I still have the original game from the frist day it came out. I've done everything possible in FF7. I've even beat the game in 20 hours. That's without doing a single sidequest and running away from most battles. I cannot wait for this... and a remake on the PS3 would be the greatest thing since sliced bread... but not better than sex.

If you look at what they have made there isn't a whole lot of Enix in SquareEnix. TriAce has made a few games but I think of them kinda independently of Enix.

FF7 was definitely my favorite as the storyline was the best imo and the materia system was one of my favorites. im not a fan of the whole mission based gameplay so most of the earlier and a couple of the later FFs i couldnt really get into. but if they come out with a ff7 remake for the ps3, i will get it

Mating two gold chocobos just gets you another gold one, but possibly with better stats. My girlfriend JUST got into FF7 when I told her she couldn't watch Advent Children until she played through FF7... and waited five years. She loves the chocobos though and spent hours and hours breeding perfect ones till she had the ultimate gold chocobo, interbreeding for the best stats (max speed and stamina). Something like 8-10 chocobos from 3 parents. Freaky.

Sprite based games can still look good.

It would be easy to update the 3d parts of the game. It would be a huge change if they just did the textures.
