It was a shock to me too after movin up here from nashville.

All people like to do is hardpark at Hobby Lobby.

And fyi stay away from 502streetscene there all a bunch a :ghey:

Ive been tryin to find some some spots but to no avail. Cops are dicks here.

Welcome to KY. You are correct in your observation that the tuner scene is dead here. It has a lot to do with the young kids being total dicks, as mentioned here:
