Should i fix my s14 zenki or sell it and buy another
I wreck my s14 into a hill side and idk if i should fix it or not. It set of both airbags also... and ripped my dash to hell. Also my RPM gauge is flipping shit and it wont stop moving.

You wrecked what looked to have been a clean S14 that you only paid $1200 for? I just vomited a little. Tasted like delicious sushi but I'm disgusted nonetheless.

So were you touging? Why don't you pull it apart and see what it needs? I bet the core support is bent, but that can be pull out. You didn't involve insurance?

I took it to a frame shop they are going pull everything out for 450 they said all I have to buy for them to fix it is a fender on the drivers side then they said the rest is on me getting the bumper and headlights and the core is push back a little but not to much I need all the little stuff that's o that side replaced like the intake and a couple other things I'm not sure about but yeah it wasn't the cleanest or straightest s14 it was wrecked before me some young guy clipped something drifting it as smashed in the passenger side rear quarter panel and trunk area in but that's all straighten out already

^^Edit posted the same time...
it's fixable but only if you have the funds, it's not worth insurance because they would just total it you might get your $1200 back or close if you sell it on CL that is if the frame isn't too bad You would have to take the front end off to make sure *************well if your going to do some work already get a quote for everything and work out a deal, but save her if you can!

Fix that shit. Damn some of you guys are so quick to junk cars that are only slightly damaged. To me that looks like there's no way any frame damage occured. Pull that fender and bumper off and check whats up. Bent rad support for sure but you can work it back into shape if you have no cash. You'll need a new fender and bumper though. Check craigslist for them. You should be able to find a bumper for real cheap, such as an aftermarket fiberglass piece with a crack or some shit. Like shit the hood didn't even get a scratch. It doesn't look difficult at all.

Oh dude that's nothing. All you bent was the rad support. You can pull it back out or replace it. Up to you but either way you're fine. Try chocking the wheels with someone holding the brakes and use a winch to SLOWLY pull it out. Its kinda ghetto but works amazing. You can even use one of those lever hoist things from harbor freight chained to a tree. They're like $15 lol. Just be really carefull and it will end up fine.

Just fix it OP it doesnt look bad at all. You dont need to take it to a frame shop. If you use a come along and a telephone pole don't put the car in reverse, put it in gear(or park if auto) pull the brake and chalk the wheels and use the come along to pull the bent radiator support out. Besides you stated that you love your car? Well the least you can do is try to fix it since you wrecked it. |
