S14 Ender

Was driving my car on the interstate when all of a sudden my motor started bogging down so I brought it to a complete stop. There's white smoke coming out of my intake filter and my car won't turn on. Checked the oil, wasn't milky or anything, also checked the spark plugs and they look fine so it's not like water got into the motor or the plugs are dirty. Also no oil near the head of the motor so doubt it's the head gasket. Some of the foam came off the intake filter might have come off and been sucked in since the smoke was coming out of the filter.*Can anyone maybe help take a look at it?
