GREAT GAME
I do agree the refs were a bit off...but overall key calls were made. I really though Denver had this game, but tacky fouls and turnovers changed the tide. Melo was too nice and I lol'd at how he bullied Kobe at times.

Officiating was horrible, but a win is a win. Besides the W, this is a great morale/momentum booster for the Lakers.
I mean if Carmelo had a GREAT game, the lakers came out flat to open the game, Bynum, Gasoul, and Odom basically didnt show up, and the refs were watching an entirely different game, and they still won, things are definitely looking up. Its still going to be a hard fought series, but i still see the Lakers taking it in no more than 6. |

Melo was on FIRE!!! I said at the beginning of the game after Billups missed 3 free throws in a row that if the Nuggets lose this game, they can blame their missed free throws... I stick by that...

Too bad for the Nuggets that was their game to steal! Now I think Lakers can win it in 5 because Nuggets played one of their best games, Carmelo was a blanket on Kobe and he still scored 40 and most of the Lakers played poorley and the Nuggets dominated most of the game and they still lost. Go Lakers!!

last nights game was intense
kept me on the edge of my seat big ups to Melo he did an awesome job on guarding kobe and scoring 39pts kobe , ariza and fish had an amazing game, gasol also did an awesome job on the rebounds denver defense is hella tough birdman aka chris anderson is pretty dope aside from how funny he looks but he swatted the shit outta sasha's lay up anyone see how dirty birdman did shannon brown?? he got LAID OUT! that should have been a flagrant foul rather than calling dumb calls like kobe slamming the ball :ghey: |

I'm just glad we finally get to see a game where Cleveland is actually tested. I'd love to see Orlando steal a game. Then maybe the sports media will got off Cleveland's nuts for two seconds over beating this years shittiest play off teams.
