i drive along the coast listening to calming music while thinking things through. Get out of my car and sit at the beach for a while. It's also really good to jog out the anger for a couple miles. You tend to zone out the stress and feel a bit more at ease afterwards.

I head to the range or to my parents' house and fire off a few rounds. Always gets me centered and forces me to concentrate.

If I don't have time, I just play Max Payne or some random flash game.

I try to get out of the house or wherever I'm at right away if it's possible. I hit the highway and go somewhere that's quiet...park downtown, bookstore, etc. Sometimes I'll just keep driving until I feel ready to go back home. I won't drive if there's gonna be a lot of traffic on the road though. It'd only make me angrier. I'll probably take a walk or something instead. Lately I've been driving a lot though. Sleeping or working out works sometimes. Watching a movie, playing videogames, or talking to somebody who's actually worth talking to works sometimes as well. I noticed that I tend to keep a lot of shit bottled in and I find that letting it out in writing or some other form of communication works out well. But by far the best solution for me personally has been getting away from where I'm at and getting fresh air elsewhere.

i would say go work on your car, but that usually can make one even more frustrated. i sleep, or talk to somebody. What i did one time is turned my boost all the way up and drove like an ass. thank god i was getting fuel cut or else i would have blown up.
