Upper Timing Chain Tentioner
Is the upper timing chain tentioner supposed to really push on the chain hard so that its tight all around? Mine was frozen and with wd40 i got it moving again but it does not really tighten the chain, the chain is loose. Does this mean its time for a new tentioner?

not necessarily, you need to make sure that you clean the tensioner of gummy oil and make sure that you are able to move it back and forth with your hand before you go putting it all back together.
