Thanks for the positive replies guys. I got the LED lights from seller 'dwnshft2drft' on eBay.
I got a few updates, the car is almost completely converted to five speed. The only thing left is the wiring. Also ended up installing the coilovers on the front only.

Finally drove the car around, felt great driving a manual after driving an automatic for years.
Got a couple of things done today. Always felt like the stock shifter was a little too long, so I took it too a welder had him cut 2-3 inches off it and weld it back. Can't really tell from the picture, but it looks and feel a lot better. Never understood how people use those dildo shifters. Took out the cracked dash with my cousin. Looks so much better now, the interior is slowly coming together. Was thinking of cleaning and then painting my carpet with vinyl dye, but I was getting mixed reviews. Ended up pulling it to replace it with an OEM black 180sx carpet. The stock carpet is actually pretty clean for it being so old. After pulling the carpet I was clad to see that the floor was rust free so I ended up cleaning it a bit. I Should have done a better job because I didn't spend time on it. Will do better once I put in some Dynamat. Put in the 180sx carpet, looks so much better and the material feels way better than any USDM 240sx carpet. Fitting it wasn't a problem either unlike those aftermarket carpets where you have to cut most of it yourself. If anyone wants to do it I highly recommend it. All the holes line up. The only thing you need to cut is a hole for the trunk/fuel door lever which is extremely easy. Also like the Vert carpet it doesn't have the humps in the back like the coupe/hatch carpets do. You won't see the holes for the right hand side dead pedal and the thing behind the gas pedal after you put in the floor mats. You will need to play with the rear a bit though for it to look good. I'm very happy with the way it came out. If I have some free time tomorrow I will install my brand new cluster bezel because I ended up braking the one I had on the car, also the brand new radio bezel, new OEM Nissan shift boot and Nismo shift knob. I need to find some door sills to, I have a set laying around the house somewhere. I will try to upload a video tomorrow.

Brand new radio bezel, brand new OEM nissan shift boot and Nismo knob make the interior look so much better.
Quick pic, she needs a bath badly. Also as promised first start up video. Was driving her around the neighborhood, felt great. I feel like a little kid!

Got a little work done with my cousin since it was really nice out.
Pads were actually pretty good, the rotors not so much. Started cutting the dust shield, going to keep this car clean as possible, always threw these things out on my other cars. Purchased Cantano five lugs not too long ago. They seem good and the price was pretty good so why not, not to mention the reviews. Stock Vs 88Rotors, lol. The bolts that came with the calipers were too long and the bolts off the Vert calipers didn't fit so we ended up cutting an inch off them. Calipers finally on. There was no bracket for the brake lines so we ziptied the line to the coils temporarily. Never had SS lines before! Passenger side completed Took out the old cylinder. Dropped in the new ZX cylinder. Looks so fresh, so clean. Really need to clean the bay, shit look dirty. Ended up taking a ride to AutoZone for some brake fluid and guess what I see. Some old guy chilling in it. I didn't think the M rims would look good, but I honestly actually like how they look. I need some spacers ASAP. Can't drive like this because the tires are rubbing on the coils, definitely will need to get some smaller tires as well. The car is looking like a little truck right now. We were going to finish the rear as well, however I completely forgot that I don't have rear brake pads. AutoZone didn't have any in stock so we said fuck it. My cousins M is dope. He recently spent around 2K for new tires and rims. They look good, but I felt like his previosu rims looked way better. He also bolted on some G37 Sport calipers. Those things make my ZX calipers look extra small. That's pretty much it for now. Will update as soon as there is some more progress.

My dude always got them gis on deck.
Got a few more things done. Was going to do a lot more, but it's fucking freezing in PA. After two long years of searching I finally found these babies; And no they aren't sprayed chrome, that's all metal right there! Before; After; I really hate how my door panels look. As soon as I find a clean set, first thing I'm going to do is have the inserts re-wrapped in either black leather or black BRIDE fabric. Got tired of all the wires hanging out; So I took out the brand new cluster bezel that I purchased from CourtesyParts; Was hoping to avoid dropping the steering wheel column to put it on, but it's damn near impossible because of the lever; Looks so fresh so clean now. Just need to order the two dummy switches now to. Was missing this little trim piece on the passenger side, really freaking hard to find these damn things. Before; After; I have OCD when it comes to the interior so the upper dash vent had scratches on it; Luckily I had another one laying around; The headlight trims were faded as fuck after all these years. Before; Swapped in the news ones I got from CourtesyParts. After; After swapping in the OEM black 180sx carpet the ashtray wouldn't close/open properly. Ended up cutting the extra and now it works perfectly. The rear panels I have are super clean, unfortunately just like all the Vert panels the top is warped from the sun. What they looked like before I took a heat gun to them. Still not great, looks slightly better though. i will definitely work more on getting them to look better as soon as I have some more time. Quick shot of the interior, that's it for now.

How have I missed this thread. I need to get on your level with the interior details. Seriously, great job so far.

I never would of thought to take a heat gun to the trim piece like that to "re-mold" it per say....def doing this once I put the clutch back in.

Dude, props again!
With this much attention to OEM-esque interior, please skip the bride fabric doors. I didn't even know those latch covers were a thing! As always, stepping up the vert game.

Thanks man. Might not be BRIDE, maybe just some black leather, but I definitely need to get that done. Really looks ugly as of now. The chrome handles are actually of a Nissan Terrano II.

Ordering a new steering wheel column shell and speaker grilles if Courtesy got them.
Next order of business is to install the 350z pedal covers. Gonna have to cut the stock pedals a bit to fit them. Also going to paint the door sills, I got my hands on clean ones, but they are a bit faded and Nissan doesn't carry them anymore. I need to get this wired as well. Most likely going to take it to a shop to do because I hate messing with wires.

Knocked out a few more things. I had one door sill and it wasn't in the greatest shape. Fortunately for me a member on here was parting out his coupe. So I ended up buying a set of sills of him for $17 shipped, they were in way better shape so I was happy.
Before; Ended up ordering brand new clips for the sills. $50 shipped for 10 of them. As we know, after all these years most of them don't usually unscrew like they should. The new ones on the other hand are great. After; Part # if anyone is interested. Apologize for the shitty cellphone pic. New vs Old. Brand new cigarette lighter. I don't smoke, just looks empty without it. Another thing that I did was install the rear ZX calipers/ebrake lines and 5 lug hubs. Before; These brackets definitely came in handy. Would recommend them if you're planning to convert your rear brakes. I heard you have to cut them if you don't havr this bracket, not sure how true it is though. After; It's not complete because I didn't bleed the brakes yet and I also need t mess with the ebrake line on the drivers side. For some reason the passenger side locks up fine, the driver side not so much. If anyone has any idea what that is I would love some insight. I really need some rims ASAP. At the moment my car is sitting on the 20' you see above that are on the M35X. My cousin had no place to keep them and winter is coming so he put the stock rims on for now so they don't get ruined. The next updates will most likely happene closer to summer. Too damn cold to work on a car when it's 30 degrees outside.

check your hard adjustment at the drum and also check your plates that they didn't swing in giving the cable some slack.
your the only other person I know that painted all the trim by the wipers haha. how did you do the LED conversion in your switches ? looks really neat and I would like to have that in my coupe. also, what are your inside door handles called ? I want a set like yours haha
