that's probably the scrap metal guys. i know i've had to dodge countless ladders and other shit that, despite their mad tyte tetris skills, fall off the truck unbeknownst to them.
i usually see those trucks around the 405 and 710 and in the neighborhoods on trash day but i have yet to see one of those pulled over for unsecured load. i got pulled over once a while back just because i had my surfboards strapped to the roof of my s14 and the chp officer just "wanted to make sure it wouldn't fly off into traffic." but in this economy, you really can't knock someone's hustle to make a few extra bucks the honest, hard working way instead of stealing or robbing. just wish they would not drive on the freeways with their overladen vehicles. |

I tell my friends to change the lane when we are behind shit like that.
Forgot to mention back in the days, a truck was ahead of me and my friend. This truck had lifting weights and shit on the back, and what did you know? the weight comes flying from his trunk, and went ''POW!'' into my friend's CL. That guy did not have any kind of paper; my friend was pissed! But he got his info and stuff, got everything taken care of. |

well couple of years ago those self employed metal recyclers stole my brothers bike, and our desk! lol. we were moving one afternoon, and made the mistake of not bring our shit in fast enough i guess. they swooped by and took it all.
i can only guess. as a neighbor described the kind of truck who picked it up.

I've seen shit like that.
Nothing new anymore. But I saw something like that but with a dude on a motorcycle that was packed to the helm up here. I'll try to find pics later.

i'm surprised it can support a heavy ass fridge without breaking off.
more like jenga master. i'm sure he is an expert at taking out something from that heap without that pile of crap toppling over and crushing him |

I also see shit like this often off the 60 fwy... How do these people get away with driving trucks like this. Here we are getting fucked in the a-hole for having shiny stainless exhaust or what not on our cars that dont really hurt people and getting fined or getting in trouble.... on the other hand we have these dumb freaken idiots driving in the fwy's with a whole bunch of shit hanging out that can or have cause crazy accidents and damaging cars and I never seen them got pulled over. Come on

The bad part is that these people probably got kicked out of their house and they tried to get as much stuff before they got out.
