need help!
Hi All,
Ok, I just replaced my new clutch with an EXEDY OEM replacement, plus an 11lb lightweight flywheel from F1 Racing. I need to know if the following is normal for the breaking in period for a new clutch: The shifter gets very stiff and starts to vibrate (no violent vibrations, just pulsing vibrations) after 2500RPMs. The thing is, the shifter gets stiff but once i press the clutch to change gears it is fine, however, it seems to grind in most or all gears too! Any ideas on what this can be? |

Try bleeding your clutch slave, or maybe you need to adjust the engagement point on your pedal.

the clutch pedal/master cylinder rod was adjusted last week and the slave was bled after the clutch was changed..any other ideas? the pedal feels good, just might be grinding due to me not used to the height of the pedal since before the clutch change, i adjusted the pedal lower.
