Hey guys, I have a blacktop s13 sr.... can anyone tell me if the ecu has a boost cut or speed limiter. I'd appreciate any info. Thanks

yeah its around 113-115mph.

Early blacktop is 124mph/111mph and 7400/7250rpm.

It has more than 1 speed and rev limitor.
